At Cos Roads Alley, every order is custom cut to your exact yardage specifications. Because fabric is cut specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once cutting has begun.

We strongly recommend ordering a sample first if you're unsure about color or texture.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@cosroadsalley.com with photos and we will resolve the issue promptly.

Colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings.

Need to cancel? Contact us at support@cosroadsalley.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once cutting has begun, we are unable to accommodate cancellations.
