Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Because our fabrics are cut to order, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or convention seasons. If there is any delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery times after shipment:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.

Fabric Orders All fabric is cut to order in continuous yardage. Once cut, orders cannot be altered, so please double-check your yardage before placing your order. Not sure how much you need? Email us at support@cosroadsalley.combefore purchasing — we're happy to help.

Domestic Shipping We currently ship within the United States only. Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $70.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages Cos Roads Alley is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If your package is:

  • Marked delivered but not received — please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us
  • Lost in transit — contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
  • Damaged or incorrect — email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product

We will do our best to make it right.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
